hereby certify that I purchased the above-noted kitten/cat from VAELIX Inc., (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”).

Holding Agreement (Non-refundable Holding Fee): A holding fee of $200 is required per kitten/cat in order for Seller to hold kitten for

Buyer. This fee is nonrefundable and goes towards the total purchase price. The kitten will not be considered sold until the full amount of

the fee is received. Remainder of the balance will need to be paid in full before kitten/cat is released to the new home. The kitten/cat will

be cared for by the Seller until the arranged shipping date or until Buyer is able to take possession of kitten/cat. This period of care is not

to exceed fourteen (14) days from the arranged pick-up/shipping date. In the event this exceeds the time period stated, Buyer agrees to

pay board on said kitten/cat at a boarding charge of thirty ($30.00) dollars per day. Boarding charges are to be paid in full prior to shipping

or release of said kitten/cat. If boarding period exceeds thirty (30) days, ownership of kitten/cat will revert to Seller. Seller shall retain any

and all monies paid, and Seller shall then be free to place the kitten/cat with another buyer. There will be no refund of the holding fee at

any time. If shipping is required, Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees (Transport options, Flight nanny service, Air cargo delivery, and

Ground delivery are available for an additional charge).

Buyer’s Responsibilities: The kitten/cat will not be denied needed veterinary attention. The buyer shall provide proper nutrition,

vaccinations, vet care, shelter and exercise. Please call the Seller with any questions at any time, we want to help you. The kitten/cat will

not be allowed outside unsupervised. The feline will also not be destroyed for any reason other than terminal illness or injuries approved

by a veterinarian and the seller first. If this kitten/cat is going to be into a multi-pet household, the seller will not be responsible for any

illnesses or vet bills that occur due to exposure between the kitten/cat and other resident’s pets at any time. It is recommended to

quarantine for at least two (2) weeks to avoid exposure to diseases. This kitten/cat will not be declawed. Declawing is an inhumane

mutilation. It consists of amputation of the first knuckle. Weekly nail-clippings, nail covers, and gentle discipline along with the availability

of a scratching post or mat will eliminate scratching problems. This kitten/cat will be given the proper diet in the proper amount and will

have fresh water at all times. Clean litter boxes will also be available at all times. This kitten/cat will receive frequent and kind human

attention. Use logic when interacting with this kitten/cat with other kitten/cats, strangers, and young children.

Health Guarantee: This kitten/cat is guaranteed to be in good health, to the best of the Seller’s knowledge. The seller will not be held

accountable for the diagnosis of any and all parasite, bacterial, or viral infectious diseases; heart murmurs in grades 1 or 21

, giardia,

parasites, fungi, fiv/felv, fip2

, etc. at any time due to the fact that these can be contracted within the environment after leaving our care

and are not a direct result of genetics or breeding. It is highly recommended that the kitten is kept quarantined from any other pets for a

minimum of two (2) weeks to minimize passing of any contagious diseases back and forth.

IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE KITTEN/CAT - CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU PANIC AND GO TO THE EMERGENCY

VET HOSPITAL YOU MAY ASSUME ALL COSTS UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW. Sometimes we can provide a simple at

home remedy, which can save you a cost of hundreds of dollars in vet bills. Early detection is important in preventing and avoiding

situation from being very bad. Please be very careful with emergency vet hospitals, due to the fact that some of them are revenue driven

corporations.

All kittens are given age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming before they leave. However, the Buyer needs to be aware that parasites

can arise in stressful situations like going to a new home and that they are usually not serious (even though seeing blood in the stool

appears serious) and are easily treated and we will not cover the treatment for them after they leave our possession. Viral, bacterial colds

or bloody stools (form of worms), are not covered in the health guarantee as they are natural things kittens can pick up easily in their new

1 Heart murmurs in grades 1 or 2 pose no threat to your pet and thus not covered under this guarantee. These grades of murmurs

are usually transient while your pet is still a baby, since its entire body is still developing.

environment. Kittens are naturally at risk for viral and bacterial colds, and parasites, which is often brought on by the stress of a new

home, new food, new people, or just a change in environment.

The Health Guarantee will be denied for any of the following:

 If more than one veterinary procedure is performed at any one time. For example:

 Spay/neuter, de-clawing, rabies, vaccinations with boosters.

 Customer understands that a new home, new family and environment, changes in food, not taking kitten/cat straight home after

purchase to adjust, are all factors that can cause stress and affect a young kitten’s health. Initial here _____.

 The presence of parasites, bacterial or viral infection, and also a health problem resulting from an injury or accident due to the

Buyer’s negligence. In that case, any and all medical expenses are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Initial here _____.

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

 It is the intention of the Seller that the Buyer be a permanent placement.

 Each kitten/cat will differ in the time needed to bond with its new family. The Buyer should give the kitten/cat ample time to adjust,

especially if the kitten/cat has been shipped.

 A period of two (2) to four (4) weeks should be the very least amount of time allowed the kitten/cat for an adjustment period and

longer if this is an adult cat and/or there are children in the house.

 The Buyer shall give their new friend and family member a chance to bond with you and its new surroundings. Your new kitten/cat

needs to feel safe and secure for its unique individual personality to surface.

 This kitten/cat will be kept indoors and not allowed to roam freely outside.

 Under no circumstances will this kitten/cat be sent to a shelter or otherwise disposed of, nor shall this kitten/cat be sold, leased or

given away to any pet shop, kitten/cat dealer, kitten/cat research facility, kitten/cat shelter or to anyone who has ever been convicted of

neglect of or cruelty to an kitten/cat, nor shall it be abandoned.

 If at any time the Buyer becomes unable to care for the kitten/cat, Seller has the right to retrieve said kitten/cat if Buyer does not

adhere to all provisions of this contract or if kitten/cat is being neglected or abused.

 If the Seller does not receive the kitten, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to place the kitten/cat in a home that meets the same

conditions as stated in this contract.

Buyer further acknowledges and affirms that:

 All shipping costs related to any kitten/cat being purchased, as well as in relation to any kitten/cat being replaced for any reason,

are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

 Seller is in no way responsible for any expenses associated with the kitten/cat after the kitten/cat leaves the possession of the seller.

 Seller is not responsible for death or injury of kitten/cat due to accident, negligence, or carelessness of the buyer, airline, live

kitten/cat carrier, or any agent or employee of the airline or kitten/cat carrier.

 Buyer certifies by signing this agreement that he/she is not acting as an agent in this purchase; that buyer will not resell this kitten/cat

to a commercial breeder, pet store, or medical research facility.

 Any mistreatment, neglect, or abuse of the kitten/cat voids all health guarantees given.

Refunds, Replacement and Expenses:

If, within fourteen (14) calendar days following the sale of a kitten/cat subject to this contract or receipt of the written notice, whichever

occurred last, a veterinarian of the Buyer's choosing, licensed by a state certifies such kitten/cat to be unfit for purchase due to illness or

the presence of symptoms of a contagious or infectious disease, or if, within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days following such sale

or receipt, whichever occurred last, a licensed veterinarian certifies such kitten/cat to be unfit for purchase due to a congenital

malformation which adversely affects the health of the kitten/cat3

, the Seller shall afford the Buyer the right to choose one of the following

options:

(a) The right to return the kitten/cat and receive a refund of the purchase price including sales tax and reasonable veterinary costs directly

related to the veterinarian's certification that the kitten/cat is unfit for purchase pursuant to this section;

veterinary costs directly related to the veterinarian's certification that the kitten/cat is unfit for purchase pursuant to this section; or

(c) The right to retain the kitten/cat and to receive reimbursement from a Seller for veterinary services from a licensed veterinarian of the

Buyer's choosing, for the purpose of curing or attempting to cure the kitten/cat. The reasonable value of reimbursable services rendered

to cure or attempting to cure the kitten/cat shall not exceed the purchase price of the kitten/cat. The value of such services is reasonable

if comparable to the value of similar services rendered by other licensed veterinarians in proximity to the treating veterinarian. Such

reimbursement shall not include the costs of initial veterinary examination fees and diagnostic fees not directly related to the veterinarian's

certification that the kitten/cat is unfit for purchase pursuant to this section.

3 The Seller reserves the right to get a second opinion from a separate vet if they feel it is necessary.

If the kitten/cat dies from a congenital defect, replacement will only be given if a necropsy has been performed and a certificate from a

licensed vet is provided as proof of death. The cost of the necropsy will be the responsibility of the Buyer.

Any veterinary costs over two hundred ($200.00) dollars, requested of the Seller by the Buyer within fourteen (14) business days following

the sale of a kitten/cat, will be paid at the discretion of the Seller only upon prior approval from the Seller received by the Buyer via SMS

or electronic mail. If the Buyer fails to comply with this article of the subject contract, the Buyer forfeits any rights the Buyer may otherwise

have. If Seller does not receive this report within 240 hours/10 days of the shipping/pick-up date, all guarantees and/or warranties shall

become null and void. LOST OR STOLEN MAIL DOES NOT CONSTITUTE RECEIPT! We recommend certified mail to ensure delivery.
